1. The 7-day guarantee
Every new HD IPTV subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If, within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase, the service does not work as advertised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date.
- You must have contacted HD IPTV support at least once and given us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot — typically a single WhatsApp message is enough.
- The subscription must be on its first billing cycle. Renewals are not eligible (see Exclusions).
- You must not have violated the Terms of Use (e.g. credential sharing, resale, abuse).
3. How to claim a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at +212677627236 with the subject "Refund request".
- Include the email used at checkout and your order ID.
- Briefly describe the problem (one or two sentences is fine).
- A human agent will reply within 90 seconds during normal hours and confirm your request.
No forms. No phone trees. No "your call is important to us" hold music.
4. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit / debit card: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Same business day, occasionally next-day.
- Crypto: Refunded as the equivalent EUR value in the same coin within 24 hours.
- Bank transfer: 5–10 business days.
5. Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests filed more than 7 days after purchase.
- Subscription renewals — once a plan auto-renews or is manually renewed, the new term is non-refundable.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Use or DMCA policy.
- "Buyer's remorse" — i.e., the service works as advertised but you changed your mind. We're proud of the product and we don't believe in that excuse.
- Problems caused by your own internet service, ISP throttling, or unsupported devices.
6. Partial refunds & prorations
We do not generally issue partial refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription past the 7-day window. In exceptional cases — such as service unavailability lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that our team confirms was on our side — we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please talk to us first. We resolve over 95% of issues in chat, and a chargeback typically blocks your account during the bank investigation. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription immediately and dispute the chargeback with the issuing bank.
